Christin Joyner joined AAA Club Alliance as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in December 2018.

Prior to AAA, Christin was Vice President, Human Resources for the Healthcare, Higher Education and Facilities division of Aramark. In this role, she led human resource strategy, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and talent development for the more than 75,000 corporate and field operations employees across service lines including retail, patient and student food services, facility services, and healthcare technologies. During her ten years with Aramark, Christin held Human Resources Vice President division and line of business roles with increasing responsibility across the Corporate Business, Healthcare, and Facilities market segments.

Prior to Aramark, Christin served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas Bath & Kitchen division at American Standard Companies. She also held human resources roles of increasing responsibility in corporate and field operations with AlliedSignal/Honeywell and Pepsi-Cola.
Christin is a graduate of Cornell University with a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Drew University.
