About Pam Teufel
With over 30 years of progressive HR leadership experience, Pam is a seasoned and strategic human capital executive known for transforming HR into a true business driver. She has led enterprise-wide HR transformations across large health systems and private equity-backed startups, consistently aligning talent strategy with business outcomes to drive growth, culture, and operational excellence.
Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Main Line Health, Pam is a key member of the executive leadership team, where she has reshaped the organization’s workforce strategy, implemented advanced HR technologies, and launched high-impact leadership initiatives. Her forward-thinking approach has contributed to significant cost savings, enhanced employee engagement, and national recognition as a top healthcare employer.
Previously, she served as CHRO at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, where she played a pivotal role in the organization’s financial turnaround and digitized HR operations. Her career spans other notable leadership roles at Jefferson Health, Temple University Health System, Scripps Health, and LabCorp.
An expert in talent strategy, workforce planning, M&A integration, and employee engagement, Pam is highly regarded for her ability to navigate complex organizational environments—both unionized and non-unionized—and building high-performing cultures.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources, a B.S. in Communications, and a SPHR certification. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy and POWER.
